Editorial Policies

Submission Policy

Originality and Exclusivity

All manuscripts submitted must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Submission to the journal implies that the work is the author’s own and that appropriate credit has been given to all sources and contributors.

Author Responsibilities

Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all data, references, and attributions contained in the manuscript. All listed authors must have significantly contributed to the research and have approved the submitted version.

Peer Review Process

Double-Blind Peer Review

The journal employs a double-blind peer review process wherein the identities of both reviewers and authors are concealed throughout the review. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area.

Editorial Decision

Editorial decisions are based on the reviewers’ evaluations and the manuscript’s relevance, originality, and scholarly contribution. The Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to make the final decision on all submissions.

Publication Frequency

The journal is published on a continuous basis with new volumes published quarterly. This approach allows for the timely publication of articles online as soon as they are accepted and finalized, thereby facilitating the rapid dissemination of research findings to the global academic community.

Open Access Policy

This journal follows an open-access publishing model. All articles are made freely available online immediately upon publication, ensuring global accessibility without subscription or paywall barriers.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their work. Upon acceptance, authors grant the journal a license to publish and distribute the article. All published content is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing for sharing, adaptation, and commercial use with proper attribution.

Publication Ethics

The journal adheres to the principles and guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards concerning research integrity, plagiarism, data falsification, and authorship.

Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could be perceived to influence the research. Reviewers and editors must also declare any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from the review process where appropriate.

Data Availability and Reproducibility

Authors are encouraged to make underlying data, code, and supplementary materials available in a public repository, where appropriate. This promotes transparency, reproducibility, and further academic engagement.

Archiving and Indexing

The journal is indexed in major academic databases such as Google Scholar, Crossref, ResearchGate, etc. and ensures long-term digital preservation and archiving of all published content through trusted repositories and databases. It also actively pursues inclusion in reputable indexing services to enhance visibility and citation of published work.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

To support open access and maintain high editorial standards, the journal charges an Article Processing Fee. Please refer to the journal’s APC page for more information about the fee.

Appeals and Complaints

Authors have the right to appeal editorial decisions or file complaints about the editorial process. Appeals must be submitted in writing to the Editor-in-Chief, providing clear justification. The editorial board will consider all appeals fairly and transparently.
